Ordering and Delivery

We rotate weekly with balanced, chef-crafted dishes featuring organic ingredients.

We offer a weekly subscription plan for extra savings and convenience.

We customize meals based on dietary needs—just note that our meals are prepared in a kitchen that uses allergens such as wheat, nuts, dairy, shellfish and  sesame seeds.

Menu and Dietary Options

We deliver on Sunday mornings, and delivery fees vary based on your location. Generally a small fee from 7-10 dollars.

Delivery times are based on routes, but we typically deliver between 9 AM and 6 PM.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re committed to making it right.

Each meal comes with reheating instructions. Most meals can be heated in the microwave or oven for a few minutes, except for cold items like salads, yogurts, shakes, and smoothies, which are ready to enjoy as-is.

We charge a one-time bag deposit of $7–$8. This fee is refunded to your account once our driver retrieves the bag during the next delivery. This ensures our bags can be reused, helping us stay sustainable.

You can easily pause or cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website or contacting our customer service team. We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
We accept all major credit cards, Our refund policy is straightforward. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Credits for future purchases are applied immediately.
